MIWAY IS ****WAY

<p>When these people call you to take up vehicle insurance - they make you want to turn your phone off. Then you pay their their premiums, and when in need of the insurance benefits to kick in - NOTHING!!</p> <p>I have insured my business vehicle with MIway and boy do i regret that!! It took 4 days for my vehicle to be towed, then another week and endless calls and emails for an assesor to go to the panelbeater,and now I must beg borrow and ***** for them to authorise fixing of the vehicle. Mind you, its a business vehicle,which means business is at a stand still,but at month end ****WAY will eagerly debit my account. ***** are employed there - the only helpful employees have been Estuane Bezuidenhout & Bongani Mhono and a Mandisa, the biggest **** has been Jacqueline Naidoo,who promised assistance but none!! Now she sends out of office responses, I hope that as promised Reniers' email this morning will have me assisted (mind you I dont even know if that mail was sent as he told me he cannot cc me)</p>
