MIWAY IS VERT DISAPPOINTING

Having unfortunately missed my payment for this month, as I just did not have enough funds, I was charged by my bank for an unpaid item, and within 3 days received 3 calls from Miway demanding I now go to the inconvenience of having my car inspected and pay the money, despite having Miway insurance, without 1 cent claim from 2016. A few months ago I had real difficulty paying and asked for a deferment, and was refused.

I find it shameful that I can be harassed for one payment, cannot be helped and yet my policy was renewed. I am beyond disappointed in Miway.
