Miway is useless when it comes to claims

When taking out a policy at Miway it was so quick and easy, they go out they way for you, but when trying to claim, its a whole different experience. So my wife damage my car bumper, and to fix it wouldnt cost me more the 3k for the most, but now Miway's qoute come to 7k, and i must pay 6k excess fee. Part, paint and labour. Its just a spoiler that doesnt even need paint. They wanna write my car off and pay me out but theres nothing wrong with my car. Im done with miway.
