MiWay is useless

I have been trying to update my insurance for some time now and add additional products. I tried via the app and received a message that someone will call me. After more than a week later, I tried to call MiWay and was going to get a call back from a manager. I tried to call again a couple of days later and was holding forever. These people aren’t running a business. Not sure what is going on there. Better move to another insurance provider before I actually need to claim and nothing happens.
