MiWay is useless

MiWay, refused to help me and my family with a claim for my a vehicle written off, They kept postponing the claim, and tried gathering unnecessary information. They also ask to be paid before returning our own car back to us? This is nonsense. So in return, we lose more money than gain anything at all.
