Miway is unreliable

Iv been with miway for house hold and cars insurance for 3 and a half year and I have never claimed for an accident, but on August 2022 I was involved in an accident and they refused to pay. According to them I was with someone in the car when this accident happened and I never disclosed which is not true......besides what is the person has to do with my insurance that iv been paying for 3 year with no claim?.... their reason for not paying is NON-COMPLIENCE as they recorn I don't want to say the name of the person I was with in the car. The police report stated that I was alone in the car, so I really don't know what do they want from me......am so unhappy, dissapointed and furious right now MIWAY I dnt know how to explain it. Worse part of it all, they canceled my other covers with them( other cars, house hold ect) without my knowledge just because we are in dispute with them and they don't want to pay me.
