Miway is unprofessional, **** and ******. Before you claim they are nice come claim time you will see their true colors.

On 2022/08/31 I went to Ashley Panel beaters and before I pay excess, I wanted to see my car progress. Whereby the Guy at the reception told me and showed me emails That this useless man namely Charl Atterbury ordered them to work only one side of the car and claimed I'm aware of that. And I was not. I contacted this useless man immediately to ask him how come and told me that he only received one picture of that side. It was the first time to speak with this man. The guy who was handling my Claim is Gerhard Pienaar and I send him all the picture and he acknowledged that he received them and also to other miway emails. He kept me updated after complaining. He informed me that they will repair body damages, except the issue of overheating for now. I have all the emails and I was surprised to hear that nonsense yesterday. The Accident report also was detailed clearly specify damages. Gerhard Pienaar told me that he physically inspected the car. So how come the whole side was not noticed. Miway is unprofessional and disguting. I wonder how come. I regret the first day I joined this useless company miway. I thought they were the best kanti they are shirt, thumbs up for Budget never heard daily struggle especially for straights forward thing. I request that man be removed from handling any part of my car it showed he is in competent and a ****. Guys, if you are miway client think twice, best option is to leave them as soon as possible we're you will get peace of mind. To those I referred to join this useless company I'm sorry please get other options preferably Budget, I will show or watsap you screenshorts. To those who want to join please dont especially when you a Black African...... It is not my first post complaining since I put the claim.
