MiWay is Unprofessional and Unresponsive toward 3rd party Claims!!

If there was 0 stars, that's what I would rate them. I'm not insured by them, I'm claiming as a 3rd party. The accident happend in beginning of December, and they still haven't paid out. I'm driving with a broken boot that can't close, i have to use a cable tie to keep it from flying open! It has now been 3 months. Everytime I email the lady handeling the claim for feedback ( Tumelo Mahlaela ) I get NO response - When i phone, she's on lunch, and some someone else must assist. I then get told they are waiting for some other department to do an assessment on the damages. HOW LONG IS THAT GOING TO TAKE??? My Wife will be cancelling her insurance with them because of this utter lack of professionalism.
