Miway is trying to **** me

I got involved in a car accident with a miway client (at fault) and put in a 3rd party claim for it. They wanted 2 quotations to fix the damage, I did that. Now they are trying to force me accept money that’s less what the two quotations say it will take to fix it. I won’t accept that, I don’t want they’re money I want my car fixed by them. If they think what they’re offering me will fully repair it they can take the car and go fix it and bring back when done. I will not accept as I know it won’t fixed it fully and I will still be needed to pay out of pocket for all the damage as what they are offering is almost 50% of the damage.
