MIWAY IS THEIR WAY ONLY

If you offered a zero star I would choose that. When I signed up with Miway they were full of promises and pressured me to do all that they required asap! with nagging phone calls and smses. Their service seems on the ball when are trying to onboard you. BUT thats where it ends, due to bad luck with wind buckling my door and a bumper bashing I now have claims - from January. Still not sorted out a month later. The excess on the work is 13 000 they are paying R303. Why get insurance. .. The panel shop they required you use is also extremely expensive costing atleast 2500 more than other panelbeaters. I have sent through dispute emails and emails to the representatives that have been dealing with my case and they just ignore me... I was promised a response to the dispute in 7 days..still waiting, Even contacted them on social media where they promise to sort it out asap and dont. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH MIWAY!
