MiWay is Theeee Way :-)

<p>I always feel like I'm getting a personalised service. The consultants are always upbeat and making you laugh which obviously calms you down. I was pleasantly helped by a young gentleman who reminded me of all the things I love about MiWay. Their turnaround time is on point & when there's a delay they will keep you in the loop. </p> <p> </p> <p>There re was a time though when they were struggling to replace my laptop at the insured valued (I think) and I believe they were searching around to find retailers with acceptable prices... So I called them to complain that I can't work without it and I'm pulling my hair out because of the frustration. They then tried to fastrack the claim process and a few days later I got a package full of hair bands and a note saying, "Please don't pull your hair out, just tie it back with these bands, everything will be fine." I've never laughed so hard. Thank you MiWay for paying attention to detail :-).</p> <p> </p> <p>And I also got the R400 from OutSurance because they incurrence price :-)... I'm very happy with their service, and I'll be with them for a long time to come.</p>
