miway is the worst insurance ever

I send the claim on the 10th of may my claim was handled by Lerato komako I submitted all the required documents then she later transferred my claim to Tshepo temane who later requested the very same documents after 5days I provided until today I have been struggling to get hold of Tshepo and today I called them again spoke to other lady who struggled to get hold of Tshepo then went through my claim again only to find that the whole week no one attended to it. this is too much.
