MIWAY is the worst company!

This is the second review I wrote to get this company to do their jobs. The original review was due to the lack of communications and slow actions from Miway to settle a 3rd party claim. (I am the 3rd party). After the review, it was solved in 2 days. Our car went in for the repairs, only for them to find that the head lamp of the vehicle is also cracked. R16 000 later, this was sent back to Miway under the original claim and now it has been sitting there for three months as the "Assessor" is still busy assessing it. Claim number: C***. I have emailed for weeks on weeks asking for an update with ZERO response... NOTHING!!!!
