Miway is the worse insurer when its comes to claiming

When its time to claim for something (car, wheels or glass) Miway is the worse insurance ever, I have been with Miway since 2010 with 1 car up until 2*** I added 2 more cars, I have never ever claimed for anything for any of my 3 cars. In April 2023 was my 1st time putting a claim in for 1 of my cars as dents & scratches/hail & storm (not even a accident) but I was treated like a ********, like someone that is useless, not knowing what I want. They declined my claim sending me from one person to the next person, paid me way less of what the panel beaters wanted, stated I must pay out of my own pocket. I cancelled al 3 my cars. Miway is just good to take money every month, but not a service provider.
