MIWAY IS THE WORSE EVER!

DO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE FROM MIWAY!! They forced me to have surge protection installed in my business . After supplying the coc certificate, i recieved an email saying that everything is in order and I can rest assured that im covered.

When I added a new equipment, they offered me surge protection as an extra cover, which i didnt accept, because i already have my whole premises protected against surge protection, according to Miway's specs.

Now, after a year, i needed to claim, they tell me that i dont have surge protection on that equipment.

Why did they force me to have the surge protection installed in the first place, if it is useless during an claim?

I explained that my shop is already covered with the surge arrestors which Miway forced me to have installed and approved, but they dont care.

I requested some recordings of the telephone conversations, from Keegan. But everytime i phone him on his direct nr, he rejects the call.

This week will be my 3rd week trying to sort out my claim.

Really dissapointed in this horrible ********** service from Miway!!!
