Miway is the ****en worse insurance company in SA
I am trying to cancel my fathers insurance policy with these ******s...I phoned them on 29/6/15 to find out what needs to be submitted to cancel my fathers insurance policy but I was told that the complaints department was busy and would call me back.....I still have not gotten a call back from these ******s... I recently sent a message to Miway and still I have no response...Does anyone know how I can cancel this policy, or who I can speak to that will force these *****es to cancel my fathers insurance policy....

We need to sincerely apologise for any frustration or hassles we have caused you! We have been trying to give your father a call to assist with the cancellation request as part of our processes and as he is the policy holder, but we were unable to reach him initially.
We have since spoken with him and he's asked us to give him a shout again on Friday to finalise his decision. Please let us know if you need any further assistance from us.
