Miway is the best until you leave, then they don't give a damn if your credit score is cleared after you settle. and cancel

I was with Miway for 12 years since it first came on to the market. I had no problems and had no complaints except the computer that was replaced. It was the oldest, ready to be discontinued laptop in spite of the fact that I overpaid my premiums to allow for technical upgrades and general increase in prices. It didn't take long for it to become useless. But the worst was when I became critically ill and had to cancel due to being booked off work. I settled my account but 3 years later it is still on all crdit bureaus as outstanding and completely messing up my credit score. I have called numerous times and sent numerous emails but to no avail. Eventually I was sent a letter saying it was removed but that I would have to contact every credit bureau in the world to send them the letter if it had not been removed. I am absolutely gob smacked. I would like to go back to Miway but how can I when this type of thing happens.
