• The speediness in finalizing this matter; • The displayed attitude, personality and mindfulness of the allocated claim consultant; • The additional knowledge and lessons offered on how to prevent incidents in future as well as general safety information; • The fact that, an incident investigation was conducted in the context of understanding of the matter instead of looking for reasons not to process the claim: it was more of facts/information gathering process rather than an FBI type of investigation; • Constant feedback and communication.
