MiWay is streets ahead of the competition

I am so impressed with MiWay. I recently moved my short-term insurance over from Santam. MiWay's service model allows one to do pretty much EVERYTHING online and in real-time. I completed my policy and got an instant quote online. I just did my first claim online, got the assessment done, a dedicated service consultant allocated to my case, claim approved, car rental authorized, etc. - ALL online. It's like doing internet banking. Absolute convenience and efficient!. And you are kept informed via email and sms every step of the way. None of my previous insurers (i.e. Santam, Alexander Forbes & Outsurance) offered anything like this before. MiWay knows how to operate in the new real-time economy.
