MiWay is still the best....... Lebo Tladi the bestest (if ever there is a word like that) LOL!

I was ****** of my R30k laptop recently. The incident happened on a Friday night and on Saturday I attended to the admin that goes with reporting the case to SAPS and obtaining the case number. In the same afternoon, I lodged my claim online via their website. On Monday I got a call from a Diandra who explained the process of handling the claim very efficiently. The Tuesday I got a call from assessor Lebo "Lebza" Tladi who was working from home, she's the chillest, warm and very accommodating individual. She asked the investigative questions without sounding too interrogative or intimidative.....lol! to validate the claim. I gave all the neccessary contacts and supportive documents (I delayed by two days) and upon receipt she did what needed to be done and did the pots to be done! Friday, I got a call from her and the claim was approved and I signed the Admission of Loss (AOL) form and Bob with a laptop was my name :-) . I just need to pay the excess fee and proceed with replacement process with their chosen service provider.

I have been insured with Miway for more than 9 years, over this period I have claimed for two write off car accidents, accidental TV damage by my then 4year old son and other claims for my tablet with Miway (Disclaimer: vehicle accidents happened when I was young and wild....LOL BEFORE I got married) and all my claims were processed timeously and efficiently.

I plan to stay with these guys and I highly recommend them! They have competent professional and pay claims on time.
