Miway is slowly becoming a ****mer.

MiWay vehicle insurance is QUICKLY becoming pathetic insurance company.

They drag you into taking out additional things on your policy like rim and tyre insurance, but delay paying out the claims.

I was caught in a terrible storm on the 9th Dec in Johannesburg, hit a pot hole damaged my tyre and rim, sent through a claim, which they only approved for R1800. Now I must deal with an *********** advisor, who seems to just be delaying the pay-out.

Now I must drive without a space, and with a Biscuit tyre on the car.

Before they can do the payment and before I can do the repair, they are already sending me emails to rate their service, and when you give them a one star, it says unexpected error try gain later. What a joke.

Then you get an email stating that if you claim for this tyre I do not qualify for their cash back incentive, yet another joke.

Then you get people calling you to take out other policies with them, are they just playing around with you to annoy you.

My premiums have increased drastically over the years, by almost 50%, even though I have never claimed in my life.

They trick you into taking car track at a premium that is more than what car track offers if you take it out, without Miway. Is this a way to fool your clients and manipulate the premiums.
