MiWay insurance just a ****

I had a car accident on the 29th December 2021 and called them for assistance as my car is insured with them then they came to tow the car on the scene and one week later after reporting and all the process they called me and told me that my car is repairable Waited then that 21 working days for the car to be finished then they called again and said no my car is irreparable and they still validating the claim and all spoke to their three advisers manas and Bridget and vik all senior advisor till today my car is still with them if I call them they keep say they are validating my claim They said now they are going to appoint independent assessor 😢😢😢😢😢😢

It painful because they took the car is with them also with my premiums including January premium but still 4 people including the manager fails to assist me on my claim I never missed any premium with them
