Hi, please assist, i have been calling but still no help, i was NOT asking to be removed from transunion or any ITC, please understand. I had already filed a dispute with transunion, then transunion sent a dispute to miway dispute department. The problem is MIWAY is not reponding to the dispute from transunion, so miway only needs to reply/spond to the dispute from transunion that my account is paid and up to date. It seems now myway has removed me from all ITC, but i just wanted MIWAY to reply to transunion dispute that was sent to them but not remove me from ITC.

I spoke with Kitlano Cawe who is no more plying to any of my emails, i told her that i needed miway to reply to mytranunion dispute department that my account was up to date. then Kitlano Cawe emailed me that miway will request ITC to remove me, i tried to explain that i was not asking to be removed from ITC but only for a respond to mytrasnion dispute that was sent to miway. She has not rep**** to me once, when i call she is never available. Now miway has remove me from ITC which is not what i asked but only asked that miway respond to transion dispute and NOT to remove from ITC. May someone assist,

Hi, i have still not been assisted with this and it has been 4 months . I was told i was on the waiting list 4 month ago till now. But when i contacted transunion credit bureau they said there is no such thing as a waiting list. May some one please help

MIWAY is ruining my credit score
