Miway is really frustrating

I had an accident on 29th September 2018 and Miway booked me a car for 30 days, today it's the 31St October 2018 and I had to return the curtesy car on Two days ago but I still don't have my car and there still isn't any work done on my car yet because the Penalbeaters are still wait for parts because Miway delayed to give authorisation for the car to be worked. The delay comes from a month long struggle with Miway to get answers from them. They first gave me the run around as to why my car has to be worked in De Aar, a place I am not at all fami**** with and I still had to fight with them because they want me to go fetch the car in De Aar after it has been worked, so who's going to drive the car to and from De Aar if I'm not happy with the work done? I'm now without a car, I struggle with transportation to work but of course they don't care. Another issue is that my access has gone up, from R4000 to R6000 because it was a single car involved in the accident. This comes as a suprise to me because I had a claim where my car was damaged by my dog but I only paid R4000 access and this time around it's a Capricorn that ran into the road, also an animal but my access goes up because "it's a single car involved". They called me on Thursday, no wait, I called them as usual but I still don't have answers, they said the will call back, it's Wednesday today and still no call from them. People, if you take up insurance make sure it's not with Miway because they will never call you back, you'd always have to run after them, make sure that there are other vehicles involved in the accident otherwise if it's your car alone then your access will increase, don't ask questions because if you do, then they will delay with answers on purpose while your days for the curtesy car they book you run out, pray that your accident is not far from your comfort zone because if it's far from your fami**** surroundings then they will not tow it to where you are, it will be taken to a place you're not fami**** with and you'd have to hitch hike to go get it even if you requested for it to be repaired in towns you're fami**** with. Miway does not do things your way as they claim, they do it their way. Prepare yourself for frustrations all the way.
