Miway is ****** toward black people

A white guy I know referred me to Miway as his laptop was ****** and since he was covered with Miway, they managed to approve his claim and he received a new one. His claim was done over the phone.

I was ****** on 19 December 2017, my laptop and Cellphone was taken, I opened a case and follow all processes That Miway requested, blocking the phone, getting all relevant documentations etc. I even had to pay extra for bank statements and itemised billing. But the white guy was never asked all this information.

I am now convinced that they do reject "Black people’s" claims. The reason why I say this is how the entire process started. From what I understand claims are done online or telephonic. But with me they sent a black guy (Ramano Rambau ********** number: ********** 032 ) to my house. Using our own people to target us.

So Miway decided to reject my claim after giving me the run around for over a month. Ramano Rambau called me like 20 times on different days asking me over a thousands questions, most of them was questions he asked me when he came to my house. All he was looking for was one changed word. He even asked two other black ladies (Lebo Tladi ********** and Maria Phahlane ********** to call me and also asked questions and confirm the same staff he asked.

When I told the white guy all this, he was shocked on why are they asking me all this and he was only called twice and the second time was when he was told his claim was approved. After the white guy told me all this information, Ramano Rambau called me again and I lost it. I told him that Miway is unfair and ******. Why are they treating black people's claims differently to whites. He hanged up and the following day I received the below from Miway (Lebo Tladi)

Dishonesty

So I guess when I lost it that’s the reason why they decided to say I am "Dishonest". These idiots are 100% ******. All black people who are with Miway and have never claimed I suggest you start moving to a different company, you don't want to wait until it’s too late. My Policy Number is ********** 4 with Miway.
