MIWAY IS PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST

A painful and excruciating service I am receiving from both MiWay and Auto body works in PE. The lies and different stories from Mandla Msizi , the supposedly client relations agent. MiWAY is the worst insurance ever, it is now two months since accident and my car has not been repaired. Quotation authorised early June, it's not even about parts not being available but back and forth communication from Autobody works (PE) and MiWAY because Miway keeps on taking parts off the quotation. I am trying to take the case to Ombudsman office however Mandla Msizi is refusing to release all communication with repairer.
