Miway is noway

My husband has had very poor customer service since enquiring about motor vehicle insurance with Miway. No feedback on policy details or address for inspection of the vehicle, but very quick taking of cash per debit order - on the wrong date!! Each call to customer service is met with no answer and a message that they will call back. We will definitely cancel the policy,. if this is how Miway start, how will the Claims process be??
