Miway is nothing but a ******* insurance

I am very angry , disgusted and emotionally abused. I joined my way thinking they have the best service in the world since they are number 1, to my surprise they are full of lies. I had an accident on the 28 June 2020 I was followed buy a car in the middle of the night which threatened my life in this world of Man violating Woman I ran for my life while going to my sick child. They first called me to say my car never went for inspection therefore I'm not covered. After that I had to shout and consult with agents lucky for me I had a previous inspection done for my previous insurance I sent it to them they never came back to me I just saw them continuing with the investigation. That was the first attempt of them not wanting to pay. After when I took the policy I called to ask if there is anything I need to do they said No. I continued and insured my 2 cellphones they said nothing. On the day of the accident they sent a tow truck , took my car and approved the courtesy car only after that they told me I am not covered as no inspection done after all that.I have had an accident before but I have never ever seen an investigation taking 3 full weeks with an investigator calling everytime after you made a statement yes to confuse you so that they can find loopholes to your story so they dont pay. They have found nothing that doesnt click .The only thing they are on about is the speed of the car and the car that was following which I stated that I was not sure of where it came, now I must know where exactly where the Avanza followed me from . I was dishonest to Miway according to them simply because I dont know where the car that followed me came from and they rejected my claim saying i was on high speed and I'm dishonest about the car that was following me but in all that while unconcious I woke up to no bag , no spare wheel and no car seat for my child. The car is roadworthy and everything is in order just because of I didnt know where the car followed me from I was rejected. And apparently the speed of 109 that I was driving on a free way road that has no speed limit posted anywhere while afraid I was supposed to drive at a local speed of 60.Be very careful guys Miway is not the kind of insurance you think they are. And mind you the car is a writeoff it hit a pole and airbags out , now I have to pay a car that I no longer have though I made sure I pay my insurance premiums every month. Life with Miway as an insurer is disgusting! Dont even want to start with the unprofessionalism of being asked questions over and over I'm emotionally drained and I had hope and had all my trust in this insurance I am soo disappointed.
