Miway is not your way

Similar to a previous writer,i am still waiting on my 3rd party claim,where a municipality worker reversed into me with his truck and trailer attached.i docked R10,000 excess which Miway is claiming to be investigating and claiming back from the 3rd party,we paid since 2017 and has never claimed,now we need them they abondoned us,and nobody is simply giving an update or answer,how is that even service? i was without my vehicle for 3 weeks and R10,000 worse off and its not even my fault.
