MiWay is not what it used to be when they signed me up

MiWay is not what it used to be when they signed me up. When I register a claim via email it bounces back saying error on MiWay side. I've reported the situation and was referred to use the Web site or WhatsApp. This is frustrating as you must explain yourself to different people. I've been declined a claim recently and feel very disappointed and would not recommend MiWay to anyone. They go out of their way to not pay out claims. Service for claims very poor. 😔👎🏻
