Miway is not trustworthy and honorable

I wrote a best review on Miway car insurance 2 weeks back and early last week was contacted by a lady named Khulu from Miway to follow up and to say they are attending to me so I would be contacted shortly. I asked her to forward me her email address so I could have her details and she said I would be contacted. Surprisingly she asked me"if I had been contacted?", I told her she was the first person to. I asked if she had the claim email I sent them so I could forward it to her, she insisted she had it. Till now, no gas done anything and we are stuck with damaged cars, so Miway is day proving not to be trustworthy by the minute and not to be honorable.
