Miway is not the way to go

I app**** for a claim around July 2025 for my geyser. I had to repeatedly contact Miway over their WhatsApp channel as the assessor had repeatedly not shown up after appointments were made. When they did pitch, they gave little to no feedback on the claim process and Miway did not present any either on follow up. I've insured both my house and car with Miway. I'd rate their service as less that half a star. They do not get back to you on time, their advertising misleading as it does not match their service and it has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with this company.I chose Miway as they advertised that home maintenence and roadside assistance would be prompt. After my claim was not seen to for almost 2 to 3 months, I eventually sort the assistance of a local plumber to repair the damages the assesor had advised on. I will be changing to am Insurer that would better suit my needs.
