MiWay is not the WAY!!!

I had a accident yesterday morning in a remote part of DBN, im a female and was forced to sit at the accident scene for more then 2 hours for the call centre agent to confirm who the towing company was that they had appointed. Eventually i got home managed to do a accident report at the Police station which i must say was more pleasant then dealing with MiWay. Made a call to log my claim to which i was cut off 5 times, then called through the towing department who put me through to claims, the guy took my details down, which was a bit painful as he couldn't hear me clearly, his headset was faulty \apparently"";i was in a accident that is stress enough!!!"""
