I'm with Miway Insurance for only 7 months now and had a huge break in at my house on the night of the 18th of December 2018. After I reported the break in and went through all the procedures with Mealnie at Miway, she asked me if I need a security guard for the night to look after us and the house for peace of mind, because my doors couldn't close or lock, I was shocked because never in my life with any other insurance I had in the past, I received that kind of service. She asked me to hold on and connect me with Patrick from Miway that is working in that department and he organised the security services for us and it was a matter of 10 minutes, the security company phoned me. I feel so relieved to know that you don't only have insurance at Miway but they also care about us and our safety. Well done Miway, you made history!
