MiWay is not good.

I'm very disappointed at MiWay as an insurance company. Insured my car. My car broke down on 18 December 2019 and today is 31 January 2020 but I haven't received it back. My car is with a panelbeater in Harrismith and I can see it on my tracker app that it is being used but I dont have access to it. When I call the panelbeater I'm told that he is still waiting on a service provider. I continue paying premiums for the benefit of MiWay not mine. I feel MiWay should take a responsibility of demanding panelbeaters to work with speed. I have been doing that as well calling the panelbeater after every two days. I feel like MiWay want me to pag for a courtesy car but I won't instead I'm leaving them as soon as my car is back.
