Miway is not as it seems

How the **** I ended up owing the middle of nowhere with my kids as a women five minutes away from the police station and Miway even after hearing how I was crying and scared because I’m literally a woman and Miway did not even care, I’m speechless. My car was hit by a springbok and i had to drive and stop as the radiator got messed up and I couldn’t drive a car with no water. My husband phoned Miway because he was in Rustenburg and the lady told me to walk to the police station with four kids and leave my car there, but I refused. But decide to just drive or else we were gonna be stuck there so I drove to the police station which was 5 minutes away. At the police station we had to wait for two hours for a tow truck after waiting for another hour in the streets, that’s like 2 hours in the cold with a 22 month old baby, when the tow truck came, the guy was professional so no complains from the towing truck company but Miway is heartless, they told us they can’t do anything for us to go back home, they can only offer us a R200 Uber voucher, how disgusting is that. My husband had to leave work and drive all the way from Rustenburg to Carltenville to kick us up and now reading the reviews I’m sick to my stomach and I’m worried of my case or my car will be resolved because they decided to take my car to Krugersdoto while I stay in Rustenburg imagine, 4 hours away from home
