MiWay is miserable

I was involved in an accident. My vehicle is insured with MiWay. It was the 27th of December, 2018. I was on my way to Durban. The weather was very bad. It was raining and misty. I was driving from home on a bad gravel road. The road was slippery. I was with my cousin in the car. I was distracted by a bakkie which was trying to avoid potholes. I tried to avoid the head on collusion and my vehicle slipped off the road and hit the tree. I reported that accident, and started the claim process. MiWay assigned an accessor by name Kevin Swanepoel. This when my nightmare began. This guy is looking for everything and anything to shift the blame to me to ensure that my claim is rejected. Today he called me and told me that MiWay will not pay because wasn't alone when accident happened. Mind you, I have a full comprehensive insurance with MiWay. I'm very hurt the way I'm being treated with. I never missed a single payment, but MiWay is turning me down.
