Miway is ***** that waste time

so i get a call about being able to lower my premium and if they cannot they will give me R400 i go through the process and am given a quote of R730 per month with an excess of R5000 currently am paying much lower with a lower excess i then say please advise what i need to do to get my R400 promised at beginnign of call i am asked to send my policy schedule through which i do. i then get another call to say they can bring the amount down now as they can compare apples with apples why lie and say that you will be giving clients R400 based on a quotation given, but only want to do so once you have their policy - coz of course you will be able to lower it once you know what the premium is its shocking that you could bring the excess down and the premium down once you knew what it was - its a **** and a lie and ********* person spoken to is Khulekani Khoza please in future do not try and rob clients, if you were able to give that premium, why did you not give it all along? why would you intentionally want to lie to clients and expect them to want to do business with a company that lies, and cheats and ****s?
