Miway is *****ing my money!

I am so tired of miway, how they handle their customers. I do not have a car anymore. So i told them to cancel my policy. Apparently they can not just cancel. They are allegedly waiting for the claim department. They are aware i do not have a car for four months but still they took my money every month. I am so sick of going to the bank to reserve. Miway keep on saying they will come back to me but they never do!
