MiWay is *********** / lost touch

I am very disappointed with MiWay after trying to build such a good relationship with them. On the 5th June 2020 I received email correspondence with a letter stating that my policy will be affected by claim/s made on this policy which will also lead to my policy being cancelled.

On the 6th June 2020 I responded to their email trying to find out why does my claim/s affect my policy as I didn't understand the reason behind that and till today no one responded or contacted me.

I am now on my toes as I don't know if I can trust them or stay with them because they showed me that they are *********** and doesn't take their clients seriously. I have also done the 2nd follow up with them on the 17th June but still to no avail. I am also concidering to shop around with other competitors like OUTsurance as I was once with them and they offer good quality service.
