miway is *********** and unprofessional

<p>had an accident on the first week of May, my vehicle still hasnt been approved to be fixed. its been at the Panelbeaters for 4 weeks and their still waiting for Miway to give approval to fix it. i pay my monthly premium every month and have never missed a single payment. ive been without a car for a month now. you cant even get through their call centre, its forever asking you to leave a message to be called back. the people who have been in contact with me are giving me the runaround. my work is suffering because i dont have a car. i have all the emails and relevant documentation to prove the unnecessary delay.</p>
