miway is ignoring my mails regarding money they owe me
MiWay debited me as per below but refunded me less I am still waiting on the balance of my money as this person ********** ) just stopped communicating with me.
Total debited.............. ...= R 4 805.6 (in December 2016) Total paid back to me... = R 3 203.75 (in jan 2017) Difference ....................= R 1 601.85 (I am still waiting)
if it wasnt for this I would probably be still insured with miway unfortunately the number of years I was loyal to them was worth very little when came time to solve this issue amongst others to be adressed later as well.
