Miway is happy to take your money without insuring you.

I contacted Miway directly for a quote on Insurance on my motorcycle 3 months ago having had a good experience with Miway and wanting to see if they could offer me a better rate.

They did, but at no point during the call was I told that my Motorcycle would need to go for an inspection. As such, when the insurance policy came into effect at the start of July and the first debit order went off I carried on riding commuting with my motorcycle as expected. August comes and I recieve a notification that my motorcycle has no cover unless it recieved an inspection.

Due to a busy month I go for the inspection towards the end of August expecting everything to be sorted, as the company I had the inspection with made no indication that I need do anything further so I leave expecting everything to be sorted like the first time I had insured with Miway, only for me to once again be informed that my bike would not be covered without an inspection at the end of September! I've been riding around without insurance for effectively 3 months all while Miway is only too happy to debit me for services it is refusing to render each month. To make matters worse, I have emailed Miway twice about this since then with the carbon copy of the inspection form and have not received any indication whatsoever that my emails are even being read let alone acknowledged.
