Miway is going to be the death of me!
<p>"MiWay received the inspection certificate for VOLKSWAGEN POLO VIVO GP 1.4 ECLIPSE 5DR 2016 FK.........GP. Thank you.</p> <p>1.That sms I got on 20/12/2016. How is it possible that these *********** people are sending me an sms that inspection on my car needs to be done? Or is it supposed to be done monthly? I really need to change my insurance company if I need peace of mind!!!</p>

I'm still waiting for an email to confirm via email that the sms was sent in error (as per Katleho). Clearly my issue us not important to her hence I'm still waiting for the promised feedback via email!

You need to teach your "agents" to READ. Why send me policy docs when my complaint was about car inspection? Waste of time to only call me 3 weeks after complaining & still not understanding what my complaint was all about. USELESS!!!!
