Miway is giving me the run around

Hellopeter I would like to lay a formal complaint about Miway insurance, they have now taken 1 month to sort out my claim, I have been a loyal client for 3 years now, with no claim up until now, and they are giving me the run around, from 11th of Nov till 11th Dec, my car is still not sorted out nor is my claim being sorted. I need urgent assistance please, as I am also injured and been for an operation due to the accident. Now they saying that my tyres are not right, my tyres are perfect as i checked with metro police, they said it is legal, so I don't understand why they are pulling me. Also I had to keep contacting Miway, no one contacted me. Also had an issue with Car Hire, where they still no coming back to me with my remaining days. Please can someone assist me urgently, thanks.

Your people have been in contact with me, I hope My matter will be fully sorted out asap, as it's already been one month now, I've been more then patient.

I've been a loyal client to Miway for more than 3 years now and not one claim, only now, I didnt expect this kind of treatment, especially with being in and out of hospitals and for an operation, this just adds to my frustrations.
