MiWay is full of ******!

I asked for my address to be changed and surprisingly my access was also increased??? ***??? I did not ask for any other changes except for my address. Why is my cover premium so high when I have my car in a locked garage even? Why are we asked such questions if they don't make any difference? I was given a premium of R567.37 after my address was updated and I accepted that. All of a sudden I was told no it was an old premium so asked how because systems should have updates at that since they annual increase came into effect on the 1st March? There was no answer to that. MiWay is full of ******! I was told a senior will call me the following but I got no call till today.
