Miway is failing me and causes me grief

My car was written off and my claim was deemed valid but I am struggling to find previous insurance older than 10 years because it's archived by the company now I am not receiving any payout, in compromise I suggested miway pay 75 of the funds then the remainder after sending the proof but I am not getting feedback, it's over a month ago now, I'm 51 female with comorbidities I can do anything without a car my health is detoriating due to stress ***, *** .please intervene.
