Miway is failing me

Hi iv got a problem with myway and *** panelbeating I was involved in an accident last year September 2021 contacted my way regarding my car and then referred to true way assessment done last year everything approved by my way later suggested to fix my car by myself looking the stories given by panel beat still was approved to given the money by my way to fix my car later before accepting the money panel beat called me saying I need to bring my car for reassessment my car war under charged,ok took my car this year 2022 for that assessment only to find out that my car cost 260k to fix and still the panelbeat is telling me that they only have 50% of my car parts and it's already 5months my car is not fix than I decided to ask my way again to fix my car by myselfrefusing now and my car frustrate me because it's collecting ticket police wants to pound my car pound it saying it's not fit for the road and I'm paying 5200 monthly access of 32k...pls can someone help me
