MIWAY IS FAILING ITS CLIENTS
hello I have been insured with Miway since 2011 i never claimed its only now that my 19 seater was involved in an accident on the 30th of June 2019 now its been 38 days, i am told they are still validating the claim which is handled by Jeandre Gerber and Mpho Mabitsela miway also collected a premium after the accident, At the beginning i was told it takes 14 working days to finalise the claim and now they are busy calling my driver harassing him forcing him to agree to what they assume could be the truth.
