Really impressed with Miway and the customer service received from the team, especially Kamogelo Sebesho (Snr. Service Agent). I called to review my policy to check if my premium could possibly be reduced as I have been retrenched. I thought I would need to maybe reduce my cover or increase my excess. Kamogelo assisted me to reduce my premium by approx R500 without changing anything on my cover. I am so grateful as in times like these, every rand matters.
